Stephen Curry suffers a bruise on his thigh

Golden State Warriors star guard Stephen Curry suffered a coccyx contusion at the end of the third quarter of Wednesday night’s game in Houston and did not return.

The injury occurred in the last play of the quarter, after Curri missed a triple off balance. The impulse took him out of the dolgui and sent him to the bands on the Rockets bench.

Curry seemed to stumble into the first level of the metal ads and couldn’t stop his fall as he fell into the second level of the stands.

He immediately grabbed his back in pain and lay on the ground for a few moments after trying to lift it initially. He went straight to the Warriors’ locker room to be examined and was later ruled out for the rest of the game.

Curry finished the night with 7 of 18 from the field, but only 2 of 11 from beyond the arc in the Warriors ’win over the Rockets 108-94.
