10 tips for a healthy diet for your heart

2. Make 5 to 6 meals during the day including small portions.

3. Ingest clear liquids such as water or broth and then go on a soft or soft diet.

4. Avoid spicy foods.

5. Serve your meals at room temperature.

6. Include foods with potassium, such as banana, chard or spinach.

7. Add whole grains.

8. Excess consumption of foods such as red meats and breads makes you more prone to diseases related to the heart and cardiovascular system such as heart failure, arrhythmia and heart attacks.

9. It is highly recommended that you exercise 30 minutes a day, reduce stress by resting properly.

10. It is important that you see a doctor for constant medical check-ups.
