So it was decided through the decree 18, Published today in the Official Gazette, with the signature of President Alberto Fernández and the Chief of Staff, Santiago Cafiero.
The norm stipulates that during the year “all the official documentation of the national, centralized and decentralized public administration, as well as in the autarkic entities dependent on this one, will have to take the legend: “2021 – year of tribute to the Nobel Prize in Medicine Dr. César Milstein”.
In the recitals, he mentions that this year marks the 60th anniversary of Milstein’s return to Argentina, Opportunity in which he was appointed Head of Department of Molecular Biology of the National Institute of Microbiology Carlos Malbrán, currently National Administration of Laboratories and Institutes “Dr. Carlos Malbrán” (ANLIS).
