A five-year-old girl who fell into a coma two weeks ago after a car accident with the son of the Kansas City Chiefs head coach has been woken up, a family source has confirmed.
The girl, Ariel Young, remains in hospital recovering from the Feb. 4 crash.
“Ariel is awake,” wrote Tiffany Verhulst, who organized a GoFundMe to help pay for her medical costs. Verhulst gave no information about his condition.
