With the federal “safe port” deadline – the date on which states resolve all electoral conflicts – passed on Tuesday, the president’s legal challenges seem even slimmer. The Supreme Court, now made up of three Trump nominees, on Tuesday rejected a Republican attempt to determine election results in Pennsylvania, which was flipped blue last month.
