Miller, who appeared on Fox News as a senior adviser to the Trump campaign, refuted the notion that the election college referendum signifies any outcome.
“The only date in the constitution is January 20. So we have enough time to correct the error of this fraudulent election result and to certify Donald Trump as the winner of the election,” Miller told Fox & Friends.
“As we speak, today, an alternative electorate in the competing states is going to vote, and we are going to send those results to Congress,” he continued. “This will ensure that all of our legal solutions are open. This means that if we win these cases in the courts, we can guide voters to obtain alternative status certification.”
According to Stephen Miller of Fox & Friends, the “alternative” voter group is voting today:

Voters from each state will meet Monday to formally elect Pita as the next president. Those results will be certified by the states and submitted to Congress.
Miller pointed out that Trump supporters would act as an “alternative” to submit their own, unofficial decisions in a handful of competing states, including Georgia, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Miller said if the Trump campaign is to succeed in overturning any decision in those states, Congress can recognize alternative voters.
Nothing in the constitution or the state election process allows such “alternative” voters.
Miller also raised the idea of nominating state legislatures or Congress to overturn the results.
Trump and his team have largely failed to challenge the election results. Dozens of lawsuits have been dismissed for their lack of position or evidence, and Georgia has confirmed Pita as the winner after much detail.
Still, Miller’s comments are a clear indication that the president will not suddenly change course and accept defeat as soon as the election college speaks.
Trump has been spreading false claims for weeks about widespread voter fraud that his lawyers have failed to back up in court, and has undermined confidence in the election.
