Kelly Clarkson is turning to music to deal with her divorce.
The 38-year-old singer is divorced from her husband Brandon Blackstock and has addressed the divorce a few times on her show.
In Monday’s episode, the country’s legend Garth Brooks paid a visit to the “American Idol” player and revealed that his music helps to connect with his emotions.
In the midst of the divorce, Clarkson said, “people feel humiliated and guilty, especially when people send books and help deal with it.”

“I worked in a way that I could not reduce that feeling,” he said, adding that he did not want to “trick” his marriage. You don’t want to say “you don’t count or care about it”, but you don’t know what to put in it because it doesn’t work the way you want it to. “
Coincidentally, she stumbled upon a song by fellow divorced Brooks, which helped her understand what she was feeling.

The pop star said she sang “The Dance” from a young age, but never “struck” her until she heard the connection between music and her life again.

The presenter on the talk show said “bowling” when he took comfort in the song.
