“They understand that their brain works the other way.”
In between his illustrious music career – as a solo artist and undoubted figure – and as one of NBC’s judges The voice, Gwen Stefani has been a megastar for some time.

Stephanie shares three sons with ex-husband Gavin Rostell, and during a recent episode Jane Lowe Show, He revealed that he found his sons to be dyslexic because they had trouble reading.
“One thing I discovered by having children is that I have dyslexia – there are things that happen to everyone, and that’s mine,” he explained.
“I feel like a lot of the problems I’ve faced or even the decisions I’ve made come from it, because now kids – obviously, it’s all genetic – they have some of those problems.”
But Stephanie also stressed that her children receive a lot of support at school with “incredible teachers”. “They don’t have to be ashamed of it. They understand that their brains work the other way around. Our brains do it all, you know what I mean?”
Stephanie also reflected on how the invention changed her perspective on her own struggles with “failing at school”. “I’m a good girl. I’m not doing anything bad.
“My brain is not working like that; it’s not working yet. But it’s working in different ways, it’s a gift that others can not do.”
Stephanie elaborated on that last point and talked about making music with No Dowd and how she helped herself to overcome the struggles against dyslexia.
“At the time, I wrote that whole record without even knowing how to write a song, and I really had my whole life to listen to everyone. And then I’m still in the band. [No Doubt band member Tony Kanal], Who did I depend on because of my dyslexia. “
“I didn’t know anything until this, but at the time I felt like I had no confidence in myself. When I was writing a song or when I came on stage it felt so perfect and only one feeling was the right thing to happen to me.”
