Culiacán, Sinaloa.-Un home 42-year-old identified as Jesus Ivan was murder of three bullets, while he was inside a house under construction with two other individuals.
The events were recorded in the building located on the corner of Avenida Liberalismo and Guadalupe de los Reyes colonia Los Huizachez, in the city of Culiacán, at 11:30 pm on Sunday, December 13th.
