Compass Wellbeing is already up and running, a wellness web portal that aims to go one step further in all eating habits to help, both physically and mentally, all those who join the initiative by promoting a style healthy living at this time marked by the pandemic.
The collective catering company Compass Group Spain launches the Compass Wellbeing project paragraph foster a healthy lifestyle, driving a newspaper the good ones eating habits and facilitating the comprehensive care of people in an environment marked by increasing needs in this area due to the impact of the pandemic.

Compass Group España plans to reach out to this project 400 residential centers in which Medirest, its brand specialized in the socio-sanitary field, attends daily to 65,000 older adults. To do this, it launches a “portal welfare website” in which they will be facilitated contents and tools to acquire positive routines both in food and to face the day differently and improve the habits that allow to carry out a healthier life.
The first of these is one Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation video library. These sessions are taught by the yoga teacher Gauri Agulla and son specific to the age and conditions of the people served in these geriatric centers.
As he points out Marc González, Director of Marketing and Communication at Compass Group Spain, this project “is the result of many months of work to respond to the new needs of people at a time, moreover, in which the relevance of the health care in all its facets it grows and acquires a wider dimension”.
In this first stage, the project is also aimed at 85,000 people served in the Eurest newspaper, your brand specializing in the business environment. In this case, the sessions are led by the yoga teacher Swami Shanmugananda.
The contents of Wellness of the compass will be expanded over the next few months with specific proposals related to gastronomy and health for both the different groups served by the company and for the general public.
