Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O have already been hospitalized during the filming of Jackass 4, their star Bam Margera revealed on Tuesday.
The cast of the iconic MTV comedy show has come together for a fourth feature film, but Johnny, 49, and Steve, 46, have already been injured two days before filming “jumping on a treadmill in all speed with band equipment ”.
Bam, 41, broke the news to fans on his website, and Screen Rant reports that the couple is not seriously injured and will return to work when he is in a position to do so.

He said: “It’s already the second day of filming Jackass and Steve-O and Knoxville were hospitalized jumping on a treadmill at full speed with band equipment, such as a g **** tuba.”
Revealing his own injuries, he added, “So yeah, I’m here, now I’m in the clinic, doing an ap *** test. Rock’n’roll, oh yeah, I have scars too. Yes man. ‘

The show featured co-stars Knoxville, Bam Margera, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Ryan Dunn, Ehren McGhehey, Jason Acuña and Preston Lacy after its initial release.
Despite the controversy over his unorthodox stunts, it was an instant hit among fans, working for three years on MTV before succeeding in cinema with three derivative films.

Return: Despite being 40 years old, the cast, directed by show creator Johnny, is about to return to the big screen for the latest installment of its hugely popular franchise (in the image of the 2006 Jackass 2 cast ).
However, there have been a number of tragedies and setbacks since the release of the final Jackass 3D movie.
In 2011, Dunn, a member of the original cast, tragically died when his Porsche 911 GT3 hit the road at high speed, crashed into a tree and exploded in flames, just nine days after his 34th birthday.
Meanwhile, co-star Margera has been in rehab several times for drug, alcohol and mental health issues.
In 2019 he was kicked out of a commercial airline after being considered too drunk to fly.
Jackass 4 will be released on July 2, 2021
