Performer Alejandro Mosqueda Paz, known as Almighty for his career in the urban genre, was released on bail after being arrested for smoking medical cannabis at Dallas, Texas airport, which is banned.
Lawyer Edwin Prado revealed to Primera Hora that he has not had communication with Mosqueda Paz since he was released on bail, but that “the last thing I remember when I spoke to him is that he had a license (to smoke) in Puerto Rico.” In this sense, the lawyer established that the permit does not cover him in other jurisdictions. “The crime charged against him is a controlled substance,” he said.
Prado also sent a letter to the Dallas court to let him know about the health status of the performer, who was in the United States for work purposes.
“I sent them a communication that he is a mental patient and needs to be taken into account when imposing bail.”
As part of the follow-up to the case, Prado clarified that the interpreter “has to compare to the next cause of the process, which would be the preliminary hearing for the indictment reading.”
Since announcing his conversion to the gospel, Mosqueda Paz stated in an interview with Primera Hora last year that he prefers to ignore the taunts he has been subjected to. “They blasphemed much against Christ, and I am nothing. I am a useless servant. Talking about me means nothing. ”
