PHILADELPHIA (WPVI): Clouds will make way for occasional sunshine today. It’s windy and cold, with a high of only 34 and wind warmings are no better than in the mid 20’s. Many of our northwest suburbs ended up with 6-12 “northeast snow, with a total highest in the Lehigh and Poconos Valley.
