As if the elimination of the South American Cup and the League were not enough, Junior of Barranquilla suffered another hard blow at the close of 2020. His goal scorer, Miguel Ángel Borja, was fired this Thursday through his social media, after the white and red institution failed to buy his sports rights, and therefore must return to the Palmeiras.
Borja, 27, leaves the institution as the top scorer in the BetPlay League with 14 goals, and as one of the figures in the South American shark squad, a championship in which he scored four goals.
