“Georgia, do yours. I know we’re asking a lot of Georgia. But do yours, Georgia,” Pressley said. “Do what you do.
“All eyes are on Georgia. [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell [R-Ky.], Loeffler, Perdue: Bonnie and Clyde are from corruption, “he added.” They are all the same. We need to regain control of the Senate. Georgia, do what you do. “
The state has already broken voting records in the first week of early voting for the qualifiers. On Monday, about 168,000 Georgians went to the polls and 314,000 people voted in absentia on the first day of the early voting period.
The election has been hotly contested, as Republicans currently have a 50-48 majority in the Senate. If both Democratic candidates the Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff defeated the incumbents Loeffler i Lost, the upper house would be divided equally, making him elected vice president Kamala Harris tthe tiebreaker vote.
