A DeGeneres representative told DailyMail.com on Sunday that the host has finished his quarantine and is being tested regularly.
DeGeneres revealed his positive results on social media on December 10th.
“Hello everyone, I want to let you all know that I have been positive on Covid-19. Fortunately, I feel good right now,” DeGeneres, 62, said in a statement on Twitter.
“Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified and I am following all appropriate CDC guidelines,” he added. ‘We’ll see each other again after the holidays. Please stay healthy and healthy.
Although DeGeneres usually records episodes of The Ellen Show at least a day in advance, the December 10 program was a reissue of an episode that was first released on October 15th.

“I feel 100%. I feel great,” the listeners said, before detailing his experience with “atrocious back pain,” which according to WebMD is a common coronavirus disease.
Although he had not previously felt or seen back pain appearing as a symptom of COVID, he said “other people” have confirmed that they have also experienced it.
The host’s coronavirus diagnosis came a day after a scathing Buzzfeed News article claimed he was struggling to attract sponsors and List A guests for this year’s holiday gift series, but those claims go be discussed by the DeGeneres team.
A current employee of The Ellen Show told the media that the program’s gift segments had been murdered following reports of the program’s “toxic” workplace culture.
“In a typical year, 12 days of gifts is huge. We’ve basically claimed Christmas on daytime television. When you think of Christmas on television, you think of The Ellen Show,” the employee said.
