10 perfect Brunch cocktails to start the new year

Starting a new year is often an afternoon full of too much champagne. But the next morning is New Year’s Day. Everyone promises to start fresh and maintain good habits and positive goals, with variable end success. But before any of these new days begin, the definitive brunch menu for every brunch day is on the menu.

A mimosa or a Bloody Mary are classic brunch cocktails and take place on all spreads. That said, there are some really fun upgrades in the classics that also deserve a round (or two).
