AEW star Chris Jericho became a fan of Twitter on Wednesday night and continued to be one of the most popular trends on Twitter even hours later. Dynamite AEW came out of the air.
With last night Dynamite which aired immediately after the Boston Celtics game against the Milwaukee Bucks on TNT, many NBA fans admitted on social media that they saw AEW TV for the first time. In the opening match of Dynamite, Jericho and MJF of The Inner Circle faced the Top Flight team and marched away with the win.
The NBA’s Twitter community and other social media fans couldn’t help but make fun of Jericho’s physique. Many users captured snapshots of Jericho and compared him to Vince Neil of Mötley Crüe.
Former ECW star Justin Credible came to Jericho’s defense.
“One thing that has kept me watching #AEWDynamite is @IAmJericho. He is a boss. Plus, he’s been killing him for 30 years. @AEW you need more @IAmJerich. f – k the haters. #AEWDynamite Still crisp in sound form and much better than anything else #wwe. “
Jericho also liked the tweets of other people defending his physique, but he never addressed his critics directly.
