Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll provided several injury updates for the players Saturday morning, a day before his team played against the Los Angeles Rams for the NFC West title.
Only one player was ruled out before the game, running back DeeJay Dallas, who has an ankle sprain. Three other players listed with injury designations.
Guard Mike Iupati is designated as doubtful with a treble. Carroll said Jordan Simmons will likely get the head on Sunday in his place.
“Jordan has done a very nice job,” Carroll said. “He is a very big physical child, now he is very comfortable playing, he has played a lot of football for us, so it is not like we have a boy who has no experience. Jordan can play, he has played against these guys in the past, so we hope he can play well if he is.
As for another member of the offensive line, the Brandon Shell attack, he remains questionable with an ankle injury. However, you may see limited time in the contest.
“She has a chance to help us, so we look forward to her dressing up and being with us,” Carroll said.
Safety Damarious Randall was the last Seattle player to make Friday’s injury report, which is considered questionable with a foot injury.
