Last month Tom was seen driving a vintage yellow Fiat 500 in the Italian capital while preparing for dramatic scenes with a team of police vehicles.
The star was seen trying to drive his small vehicle down a wide city boulevard, before apparently taking off when he encountered the army of police cars and bicycles.
In previous weeks, he has been filming various scenes in the Italian capital with his co-star Hayley Atwell, 38, co-star of Mission: Impossible 7.
Filming has also taken place in Venice, as well as in Britain and Norway.
But the film has already suffered delays. The crew was forced to stop production due to Covid.
Many of the vital scenes should be filmed in Italy, which was at one point the center of the global pandemic.

Not impressed? The actor is said to have given costumes to staff after he caught them breaking the UK’s Covid rules at Warner Bros. Studios. of Leavesden, Hertfordshire (filmed in Rome in November).
In October, the Top Gun star held crisis talks with director Christopher McQuarrie after 12 people on the set tested positive for COVID-19.
Health chiefs were said to be tracking the contacts of those who tested positive after filming was suspended, in the hope that it would be an isolated case.
Last month, The Sun reported that 150 extras from the film were informed that they would not go in to shoot scenes that were on the night’s filming schedule.
Although no official reason was given for the sudden decision, it was claimed that a coronavirus test had returned positive from production, so filming had to be temporarily suspended.

Frustrating: filming was already delayed for months after COVID-19 was extended to Italy, where production had been based in March, which pushed the launch back
Crew also urged members of the public to stay socially distant from each other while waiting to see the stars, while Tom and director Christopher are said to have also made the request.
The star wore a mask on set and would also have been monitoring Covid’s rule violators.
According to the Sun, he has paid £ 500,000 to pay for a cruise for the cast and crew to isolate himself.
Mission: Impossible 7 will be released on November 19, 2021.
