Full game testing I would like to see more in general and also specifically for cross-platform games. Sometimes you want to see – and hear – how a particular game works on Switch, you know?
This week, Nintendo is hosting another of its rare Nintendo Switch Online gaming trials. If you have a subscription and are in the mood for go-kart racing, you can play the full version of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled from Wednesday, Dec. 30 at 11:00 a.m. to Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 11:59 p.m.
By “full version”, you mean to play Nitro-powered CTR alone, locally or online; the latter is a bloodbath. This is one of those games where a lot of people are incredibly good. They are monsters. Do not trust anyone.
If you’re wondering if this time-limited promotion is worth it, I’d say so. The file size is 9.3 GB.
Crash Team Racing it’s not currently on sale on Switch, but goes down to $ 14 on PS4 and Xbox One.
