A man identified as Brigadier General José Manuel Fredes Rodríguez reprimanded two agents of the General Directorate of Traffic Safety and Land Transport (Digesett) for not paying him honors when inspecting his vehicle.
A video posted on social media shows Fredes Rodríguez demanding “respect” from Digesett’s agents and putting them in a position of “attention” because of the rank he said he had.
