STOCKHOLM, Sweden.- Not even the coronavirus pandemic has stopped Princess Sofia Cristina in her role as honorary president of Sophiahemmet Hospital, where she has helped with nurses and doctors.
SVT, a local television station, published a note in which it addresses the work carried out by members of the royal family, highlighting what Princess Sofia has done, who helps to cook and clean the facilities of the ‘hospital as corridors and toilets.
“I felt I had to help as much as I could,” said Sofia, who has been supporting the hospital since April, the month in which the coronavirus health contingency was gaining strength in Europe.
