One story has been floating around 500,000 GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards embedded in a transport container, which disappeared during traffic, but that story was BS.
Geeknetic.es first reported the story that, when it was introduced to Google Translate, it hears that a worker in the port warehouse of the Samsung subsidiary somewhere in South Korea found a lot of boxes with NVIDIA logos. This employee noted that the shipment was not on any port record.
The staff themselves had tried to buy a GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics card and then saw hundreds of boxes of NVIDIA products. “it only adds to my frustration of not getting any“.
“The RTX 3070, 3080 and 3090 are still hard to find. A shortage favored by strong demand, excessively long production cycles and the global pandemic, which does not make things easier.
