  • Legal documents state that Bergquist broke into a house near the Jenner’s Hidden Hills community last month, fleeing on foot when he was seen
  • Later, when he returned to the gated community with his car, he told security he was there to meet Kylie.
  • The restraining order requires Bergquist to remain at all times at least 100 meters from the beauty mogul

Kylie Jenner has received the judicial protection she was seeking against a man who allegedly broke into a home near her gated community in Hidden Hills, California, earlier this month.

Jenner, 23, received a protection order against Justin Bergquist on Wednesday, TMZ reported.

According to legal documents, Kylie claims Bergquist has followed him after the man broke into a nearby house, fled once seen, and then returned to the area with his car.

The complaint details that the man apparently traveled from North Dakota and told private security he was in the area to “get to know her.”

Kylie filed the restraining order petition just over three weeks ago.

Now that it is granted, Bergquist must always be within 100 meters of Kylie Skin’s employer.

At the time of the introduction, the man was arrested for theft and offense, and the court record shows that he should be brought to court next month after pleading guilty to the charge of theft.

While Justin’s attempt to break up last month prompted Kylie to take legal action, it’s not the first time a bully has tried to gain access to the star.

Last year a man was caught roaming the grounds of Kylie’s house, at $ 12 million, and scouring the barbecue area around 5 a.m., possibly looking for a key.

When her search failed, the man fled to the nearby property of Kylie’s sister, Kim Kardashian, and her husband Kanye West.

He eventually escaped after breaking into some mailboxes and being seen by security.
