The San Francisco 49ers hoped their injury situation would improve a little better toward the season finale against the Seattle Seahawks. A second day of internship did not see many changes in their participation report.
In fact, the only change between Wednesday and Thursday was the group’s advocate and special teams collaborator Mark Nzeocha, who went from an unrestricted participant to a limited participant while working due to an illness.
In San Francisco there were still eight players missing from Thursday’s session, which doesn’t bode well for their availability in Sunday’s Week 17 game with the Seahawks.
