Evan Bass’s ex-wife, bachelor veteran Marie Bass, has dropped a bomb on his relationship with Carly Waddell.

Bass’s 38-year-old ex-partner shared the Reality Steve podcast on Thursday, Dec. 31, which he and Waddell, 35, have been living apart since 2019.

Waddell and Bass, who found love in the hit spin-off Bachelor In Paradise, announced on Dec. 23 that they had separated after nearly three years of marriage.

Tea pouring: Bass’s former spouse with whom she shares three children claims things have been in vogue between Evan and Carly since 2019: “She left him”

Speaking about the situation between Evan and Carly, Marie, who is the mother of her three children Nathan, Ensley and Liam, said:

I mean it was on February 19th that he left and moved to Pegram, Tennessee. She left him when she was not yet appearing with Charlie.

The shocking accusations add a completely different layer of depth to the couple’s relationship of the former, which it announced last week in a joint statement.

‘We have made the difficult decision to separate. We will always appreciate our time together and continue to have the utmost respect for each other as we focus on the best for our family’s future. ”

The couple met and fell in love for the first time on the show in 2016 and they got married a year later on the show and things seemed to be a fairy tale ending for them.

They share two children together, Bella, two, and 13-month-old Charlie, and Waddell becoming the stepmother of their three children.

Fans began to suspect the relationship for the past six months for a handful of reasons, both of which made few appearances on social media.

The couple vowed to have more children in June, Bass said: “I don’t think we would get it if we had another. We would do it for a while longer, but … they would probably lead in different directions,” she shared on the podcast Mommies Tell All.

Happy Family: Waddell, who has become the stepmother of Evan and Marie's three children, recently received their second child Charlie just over a year ago, although Marie claims Carly left when she was still pregnant of Charlie.

Waddell continued to fuel speculation about things on the rocks, as he shared on Dec. 6 that he had moved into a vlog, not to mention Evan in terms of “us” in the video.

When Evan turned 38 on December 17, he celebrated without Carly by his side, he only posted a photo of his children whom he called “My Loves.”

The couple spent Christmas apart, as Waddell said it was “the new normal,” adding, “Which feels incredibly abnormal and actually very sad.”

On January 1, Carly posted a photo of herself and Bella on New Year’s Day as they kissed in the mirror as she said, “Teaching love to yourself and learning to practice it myself,” as shared last week, “all wounds heal and yours will too.”
