Nissan Sentra: finalist for the “Event of the Year” award

Nissan Sentra kicks off in 2021 established as one of the three finalists for the 2021 “Act of the Year” award.

The winner will be selected next Monday, January 11, by a jury of 50 independent journalists featured in performance topics from the U.S. and Canadian regions.

Brand new in 2020, Sentra offers refined design, technology and unexpected values, which include the most standard security attributes in its class. Sentra has an imposing exterior and an interior design with sporty and premium features, which set the standard for the quality and comfort of a compact sedan.

Behind the wheel, Sentra also offers a fun driving experience through its low-fuel, 2.0-liter DOHC four-cylinder engine, which generates 149 horsepower and 146 pound-feet of torque.

The high-end driving dynamics are supported by an independent rear suspension combined with a MacPherson strut front suspension with double tube shock absorbers.

In its debut year, the new Sentra won numerous awards and industry recognitions, which include: “Top 10 Interiors” by WardsAuto; “JD Power 2020 Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL),” with a score of 42, above the average compact sedan segment; “Best New Cars of 2020”; and “10 Best Performances for Freshman Graduates.”
