Roatan, Honduras.

the Boeing 737-800 of the American company United Airlines, inspired by the saga ‘Star Wars’, landed yesterday at the airport Juan Manuel Gálvez de Roatán.

This is the second time the aircraft has arrived in Honduras. In June last year, it touched down at Ramon Villeda Morales Airport in San Pedro Sula.

“For Star Wars fans, the United Airlines Rise of The Skywalker from Houston arrived in Roatan today. Happy start to 2021!”, Tweeted Leo Castellón, head of the Superintendence of Public Private Alliances. The airline joined Disney to transform one of its aircraft and celebrate the premiere of the film ‘The Rise of Skywalker’, which was on the big screen in December 2019. The aircraft has the capacity to to 166 passengers.

The design is unique, outside you can see a dark background with stars, simulating a galaxy. The tail of the Boeing shows a lightsaber of different color on each side, to represent the two sides of the Force.
