The house is on Charles Street, not far from the property that was used as the residence of Carrie Bradshaw, a character of Mrs. Parker on the TV show “Sex and the City.” It dates around 1905 and has a brown stone base and a quintessential New York inclination, similar to that of Mrs. Bradshaw.

Mrs. Parker and Mr. Broderick had not listed the house publicly. In 2016, they bought a couple of townhouses on nearby West 11th Street for a total of $ 34.5 million. A spokeswoman for Ms. Parker was not immediately available for comment.

The identity of the buyer, who bought through a limited liability company, could not be determined.
