NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WTVF) – Gov. Bill Lee announced a new website designed to help Tennesseans navigate the COVID-19 vaccination plan, letting them know when they are eligible to receive it.
The eligibility tool is an online questionnaire that tells people whether or not they are currently eligible for vaccination. If the resident is not currently eligible, they are asked to provide a phone number or email to be notified once they receive the vaccine.
“In addition to creating a solid infrastructure for distribution, we are currently one of the largest states in the country to administer total doses, vaccinating more than 150,000 Tennesseans in just two weeks,” Governor Lee said in a press release. “This tool is one more step we are taking to provide Tennesseans with critical information as vaccine supply increases and more phases can be chosen.”
They will receive updates and notifications about their vaccine phase and provide information about the risk-based phase and age at the county level.
