But that doesn’t stop him from returning to his home kitchen, alongside world-renowned chefs amidst COVID-19, for the second season of HBO’s Selena + Chef.
And on Monday the official trailer came out, which gave fans a taste of what’s to come when their popular home cooking show returns on January 21st.

Like last season, the other star of the show, Gomez’s grandfather, adoredly known as Pope, is back for fun.

This pop princess review will team up with cooking experts Aarti Sequeira, Curtis Stone, Evan Funke, Graham Elliot, JJ Johnson, Jordan Andino, José Andrés, Kelis Rogers, Marcela Valladolid and Marcus Samuelsson.
“You look a little nervous,” Australian chef Curtis Stone can be heard asking Gomez as he prepares to dive into a plate.
“I’m, how did you catch it,” he replies as he blushed with a big smile on his face.
Even with his help, the Texas native doesn’t take long to experience some more fiery missteps when a frying pan lights up and triggers an alarm.
