Who is Alfredo Martínez Serrano?
According to the website of the Royal House, Alfredo has a degree in Law from the universities of Oviedo and Pisa. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the European Union from the Free University of Brussels and participated in a public management program for IESE’s leadership.
As part of his diplomatic career he has served as Head of Service in the cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Second Directorate of Embassies of Spain in Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, El Salvador and Egypt.
