Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer adds an expected feature that PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Xbox PC S gamers have been wondering since its release. More specifically, Treyarch’s community manager, on Reddit, has confirmed that the Play ranking will come into play, but right now, the community manager doesn’t have a calendar to share. And right now, there’s no detail on how it’s going to be implemented and what it means for the game’s multiplayer mode.
For example, it is unclear whether occasional playlists will continue to use the skill-based combination, also known as SBMM. A classified mode and a casual mode that use SBMM are more or less the same, so adding a classified mode would mean that SBMM will be removed or at least reduced to casual playlists. However, for now, this is just speculation.
Unfortunately, while Treyarch has confirmed that the feature is up and running, it is not known when it will be implemented or when more details will be shared.
Nor is it clear why Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has not been sent in a classified mode, nor is it clear why it has not yet been added. There has been a lot of demand since the launch, although we have been removed two months from publication and it has not been added yet.
In addition to a classified mode, it also looks similar Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is preparing to add one Modern Warfare’s most controversial weapons. Beyond that, there aren’t that many things going on right now, but tomorrow, when the mid-season update of the game is released, that should change.
The first season will be even bigger tomorrow with new content:
• New MP map: Sanatorium
• New MP mode: Dropkick
• New Zombies mode: activated
• Map of New Zombies Onslaught + intel: Raid
• New weapon: Wakizashi sword
• Sanatoriums 24/7
• #Zombies Free Access Week
