After the was suspended CONCACAF Pre-Olympic Tournament with a view to Tokyo 2020 during the spring of last year, the top football body in Central America has just confirmed that the tournament will take place from 18 to 30 March this 2021, Maintaining as it soothes in the jalisciense city.
The teams from Mexico, the United States, Honduras, Canada, Costa Rica, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic and Haiti will play this tournament divided into two groups.

For the purposes of this draw, the two leading nations were Mexico, as the current champion, and Honduras, as the nation that surpassed the other six nations participating in the previous two editions. The groups drawn in January 2020 remain in place for this competition and are as follows:
Group A will be made up of Mexico, the United States, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic; while the B is made up of Honduras, Canada, El Salvador and Haiti.
The teams that finish first and second in each group will face off in the Semifinals. The winners of these Semifinals will win the right to attend the Tokyo Olympics in the summer, in addition to playing the Tournament Final.
Two venues will be used for this competition, the Jalisco and Akron Stadiums. The match schedule will be communicated at the appropriate time.
