PlayStation may have accidentally leaked a PS5 game

PlayStation may end up accidentally leaking a PS5 game. 2021 will be a big year for PlayStation 5. Sony has quite a few exclusive games, many of which are yet to be released this year, including God of war Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, Return, Gran Turismo July, Deathloop, GhostWire Tokyo, Ratchet & Clank: A Rift Apart, i Final Fantasy 16. Of course, some of these games may be delayed, but will be reinforced with numerous versions of multiple notable platforms, such as Dying light 2, Far Cry 6, Back 4 Sang, i Resident Evil Village. The new generation version of Cyberpunk 2077 it is also scheduled to be published later this year. Again, 2021 looks set to be a big year for the PS5, and a new leak suggests that PlayStation gamers may now add another game to the list, though some may have played it on PS4.

Over at Reddit, a PS5 user recently revealed that when it went to download Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, they were introduced to two PlayStation Store links: one for a PS4 version of the game and another for a PS5 version of the game. Why is it remarkable? Because there is no PS5 version of the game.

Now, that could be a mistake. The PS5 has had many since its launch in November. However, this could also indicate that not only is there a PS5 version of the game running, but it will be coming soon.

So worth it, there have been rumors that Activision plans to release the game on PS5 along with many updates, but for now, these are just rumors. And, like the rumors, everything here should be taken with a grain of salt.

At the time of publication, no party involved, Sony or Activision, has commented on this possible leak. If that changes (it probably won’t), we’ll be sure to update the story with everything provided.
