Trump became the first president in U.S. history to be charged twice in his presidency Wednesday when the House voted to charge him for his role in the deadly January 6 Capitol attacks that left five dead, including a Capitol Hill police officer.
Skyhorse Publishing announced that a new book on Trump’s historic second removal will be published on February 2nd.

The book will be entitled “The Second Dismissal Report: Supporting Materials for H. Res. 24, accusing Donald John Trump, President of the United States, of high crimes and misdemeanors of the U.S. Judicial Chamber Committee. “
Publishers do not require permission to sell Congressional reports as books because they do not have copyright, according to the AP.
Cohen published his own book, “Unfair: A Memory,” with Skyhorse in 2020, detailing the work he did on behalf of Trump and claiming that the president had been involved in multiple crimes.
Cohen was sentenced to three years in federal prison in 2018 after pleading guilty to nine felony counts of campaign finance violations, tax evasion and false statements.
He was released into internment in May 2020 amid the pandemic before being sent back to prison for a short period. In July, he was released on bail after a judge ruled that his detention was a form of retaliation.
