Well, the list of distinguished actors attached to this project has just grown by one.
As shared by The Hollywood Reporter, Ethan Hawke, of many amazing things, has been chosen to play the main character of the upcoming Disney Plus Knight of the Moon series. The series, about which littleis better known than the (mostly confirmed) rumor that Oscar Isaac is the lead role, is an adaptation of the Marvel comic of the same name, with the eponymous antihero.
Who exactly means that Ethan Hawke is playing? It’s unknown, though Moon Knight’s big exclusive villain is usually a treasure hunter named Bushman. Although, given the character’s eclectic story, it’s hard to tell.
This will be Ethan Hawke’s first superhero role, and if not exactly Childhood, will probably bring a lot of humanity and gravitas to the role.
