Former Facebook Exec shares Orwellian plan to purge conservatives for Bronson Stocking

Former Facebook chief security officer Alex Stamos told CNN’s Brian Stelter on Sunday that something must be done to prevent conservative discourse from reaching tens of millions of Americans.

“People have so many options now,” Stamos complained. “They can choose what their news sources are. They can choose which influencers they want to follow and they can try to seal anything that helps them question it.”

Leftists don’t like competition. If they could have a ministry of truth, like the one driven by AOC, it would be much easier to control the narrative.

Stamos then called for conservative voices to be purged from social media in the same way that ISIS propaganda was removed from the Internet.

“I think we need to do a couple of things,” Stamos continued. “One, it has to be a deliberate work of social media companies, collaborating together to work violent extremism in the same way they worked on ISIS.”

Stamos recalled how Facebook and other large social media companies worked with the government to ban ISIS, saying the same approach should be taken with conservatives.

“And secondly, we need to reject the ability of these influential conservatives to reach that large audience,” Stamos continued. “There are people on YouTube, for example, who have a larger audience than daytime CNN and who are extremely radical in pushing extremely radical opinions.”

And what? Where does it say in the Constitution that most Americans should listen to the fake news on CNN? The final part of your Orwellian plan includes forcing cable providers to remove OANN and Newsmax from their programming.

“And then we’ll have to figure out the problem of OANN and Newsmax,” the totalitarian said. “These companies have freedom of speech, but I’m not sure we need Verizon, AT&T, Comcast and others to take them to tens of millions of homes. Allow people to look for information if they really want to, but not push it to their faces that I think is where we need to go here. ”

Of course, if no one can watch a news channel, you won’t spend much time in business, that’s the point. In addition, Google is already working to make sure you can’t find the information. Leftists don’t care about conservative speech, as long as no one listens to it.
