Following its recent release on MSFS at Esbjerg Airport, stage developer Onfinal Studio recently released its version of Båtsfjord Airport (ENBS) for MSFS.
Båtsfjord Airport (ENBS) is a small-scale Norwegian regional airport serving mainly Båtjsfjord and the surrounding Troms og Finnmark region. Prior to opening the current facility on September 9, 1999, there was already another airport serving Båtsfjord.
However, Wideroe, the airport’s sole carrier, decided to replace its aged DeHavilland DHC-6 Twin Otters with larger DeHavilland DHC-8 aircraft, making the older facility redundant and that the construction of a new airport was necessary. Today, the airport has direct services operated by Wideroe’s DeHavilland DHC-8 to several regional destinations, including Tromsø, Vadsø and Kirkenes.
Nordic landscape developer Onfinal Studio has recently released its richly detailed interpretation of this iconic Nordic airfield for MSFS users to enjoy. In addition to having one accurate recreation of the airfield, the landscape is included custom 3D objects and models, PBR textures, reworked night lighting and a redistributed terrain layout.
The product is now available for purchase in the simMarket online store and will get you back € 8.00 Excluding VAT.
