Data from the UK physical chart is now available for the week ending January 16, revealing that Animal Crossing: New Horizons is still sitting at the top of the stack.
The game is now enjoying its third consecutive week at number one in the UK as Switch owners from across the country enter for the first time. It has remained in the official rankings since its release last March, and seems increasingly likely to remain in a graphic position for the rest of its debut year.
Animal Crossing isn’t Nintendo’s only hit this week; Mario Kart 8 Deluxe remains in second place for a second consecutive week and six of the top ten are exclusive to Switch. Even Just Dance 2021, one of the few non-exclusive titles on Nintendo’s platform, has sold even better on Switch this week.
