Oh, baby!
Gigi Hadid, who welcomed a girl with her boyfriend Zayn Malik in September, spoke Monday about her pregnancy in a series of tweets and revealed she knew she was expecting before she hit the track.
“I found out the day before the Tom Ford show,” the 25-year-old supermodel shared, adding that at that time he was suffering from a major morning sickness.
“I had so much nausea behind the scenes, but I learned that I could control it if I ate continuously, so my mom would prepare snacks for me before each show.”
When it came to satisfying his “waves” of desires, Hadid got a series of treats, included “All extra bagels / cream cheese … chunky brownies for breakfast: toast and olive oil salad with tomato with lots of salt and pepper … and [Zayn’s] ribs w french fries. Random … Also the arugula salads !!! ”
The star added that while it was hard to satisfy his craving for carbs during overseas shows, he got it with a little help from his friend Taylor Swift.
“During fashion month in Europe it was hard to find bagels, so I ate mostly Dutch bread and cheese (except in London, Taylor gave me bagels),” she said. he tweeted. “I remember Burberry’s backstage was the hardest day with nausea.”
Hadid also recalled her pregnancy on Monday on Instagram, sharing photos and a video of the Jacquemus Fall 2020 catwalk. “A year ago, today @jacquemus! My little girl was in there, ”he captioned his post.
In May, the model revealed that the pregnancy may have changed the look of her face during this season’s fashion shows, prompting suspicion that some had gotten stuffed.
Although the star has yet to share her baby’s name, she gave fans a glimpse into her life as a mother by sharing a children’s tour and photos of the pregnancy.
With baby clothing that already includes gifts for celebrities and lots of designer doubts, maybe one day she will walk her own catwalks.
