Grenda Rivera and Elizabeth Robaina complete the team of Telemundo’s new bet, Today Puerto Rico, which begins on February 15, at 8:00 am
“I’m very happy for many reasons, one of them is that I’m early, so it goes with my personality,” revealed Rivera, who will be the news anchor.
The meteorologist, on the other hand, warns that “this morning is not mine. I got used to the night shift, but it’s a great opportunity and we’ll make a great team.”
Rivera pointed out that Today Puerto Rico will also represent a window to “instill hope in our country and motivate us.”
Ivonne Orsini and Ramón Gómez will be in charge of the animation in the format, which will include the political analysis of Zoé Laboy.
“It’s an opportunity for the public to have a different alternative at this time,” said Dialma Santiago, vice president of news.
Health, entertainment and cooking will also be part of the menu, as well as a segment with sign language interpreters, led by Orsini.
It was announced that the premiere, as well as the name of the project, coincides with the launch of Today on the Telemundo network, which will include the Puerto Rican Adamari López.
