The 51-year-old multi-script animator sat down to a virtual chat with author and podcast host Jay Shetty to talk about the idea of the purpose.

The couple covered many topics, from Jlo’s countless past hits and how she looked at herself as she introduced herself to the world of entertainment.
“I remember when I started therapy at the beginning, you know, I was in my 30s and there was a lot of talk about loving yourself and I was like,‘ I love myself, ’” she reflected.
“But obviously I was doing all these things like my personal relationships that didn’t seem to love me myself, but I didn’t even understand the concept,” the actress Out Of Sight added.
“It cost time, it’s a journey and it’s still a journey for me.”

At another time, the issue of reinvention arose.
“People always say‘ Oh, she reinvents herself. It’s a reinvention. “I don’t like that word,” Lopez said.
“I don’t reinvent or try to be something different or try to trick people into doing something new. It’s an evolution.”
