Techland mentioned earlier this month that it will soon share more details of its upcoming open world action game Dying light 2. While we haven’t heard anything specific from the developer in 2021 yet, if a new leak proves to be accurate, we may end up learning about it sooner.
Recently, an image of the collector’s edition was leaked that Dying light 2 he is said to be proud to find his way on the internet. The image is said to have appeared on the website of a retail store, although it has since been removed. This version of the game is said to include a lot of extras that the base iteration itself will not have. Some of these additional items include a steel box, an art book, a flashlight, and a handful of stickers. But the most notable element of the collection is a statue that sees the main protagonist of the game using parkour to launch himself in front of a zombied enemy.

Given that we cannot verify the accuracy of this image, it is worth emphasizing that all this should be taken with a grain of salt. While the collector’s edition for Dying light 2 which is depicted here seems quite legitimate, it could easily be a fake. People have done very well in mocking prototypes like this over the years.
That said, if this is really the real collector’s edition Dying light 2, then means a couple of things. For starters, Techland seems to be in the early stages of preparing this version of the game if it has been posted on retail websites. Second, it also tells us that the study really intends to have some sort of important revelation for Dying light 2 relatively soon. The last time we saw the game was until 2019 before it was delayed indefinitely in early 2020.
Right now, all we know for sure is when Dying light 2 will launch, coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC. If there is any major news related to the game in the near future, we will let you know in our coverage center right here.
