Twitter has definitively suspended the account of My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell after his continued and unproven claims of widespread electoral fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
Twitter said in a statement shared with multiple News points of sale on Monday the platform banned Lindell due to “Repeated violations” of his civic integrity policy.

Twitter civic integrity policy prohibits publications that “it can suppress participation or mislead people about when, where or how to participate in a civic process. ”
“You may not use Twitter’s services for the purpose of manipulating or interfering with elections or other civic processes,” the policy states, with five or more policy violations involving a “permanent suspension.”
Twitter earlier this month outright banned Trump from his platform, citing “the risk of a new incitement to violence, “following the deadly riots on January 6 at the Capitol. Just before the siege, the former president repeated the allegations of an election manipulated into statements to his supporters.
Lindell, popularly known as the “type of my pillow,” has already faced a previous conviction for advancing unsupported claims around the 2020 election.

Lindell was also scrutinized after he did so photographed leaving a meeting with Trump at the White House earlier this month.
