Nintendo’s next free update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons has already been released. As detailed above, it includes the Festivale event, New Reactions, New Clothes and Seasonal Items.

- Festivale event – Feel the heat with the colorful Festivale event full of dancing and flying feathers! On February 15, the dancer Pavé will arrive in the square of your island to introduce confetti and carnival spirit. On the day of the event you can catch colorful feathers floating on your island with the net and change them to Pavé to receive a passionate dance number in return. Rainbow feathers seem to be a particularly rare sight, so be sure to catch them and change them with Pavé. Invite friends to your island or visit theirs to participate in the festivities together.
- New reactions – If you want to express your enthusiasm for Festivale, you will now have a number of new reactions to choose from. The Viva festival reaction set can be purchased with the game bells on Nook’s Cranny’s shelf for a limited time and includes Feelin ’It, Let’s Go, Viva and Confetti.
- New clothes – Starting February 1, Festivale clothing will be available at the Able Sisters store for a limited time. You can now get your Festivale in style with these trendy looks.
- Seasonal items – Be sure to keep an eye on seasonal items at the Nook stop at resident services and through Nook Shopping. Celebrate the sentimental season with chocolate hearts and heart-shaped bouquets, which will be available for purchase from February 1st through February 14th. and February!
