The popular weather app CARROT Weather has been updated to version 5.0 today, introducing several updates to the app’s design and functionality, along with a change in pricing structure.

There is an updated design that has been updated for easier navigation, with native user interface elements that are better suited to other iOS applications and revamped icons. A navigation bar at the bottom of the app makes it easy to access the various features.
A chart-based system shows interesting weather-related surfaces, such as how much rain is expected during a storm or whether it will be windy especially during the day.
CARROT is smart, so it won’t load the screen with a bunch of useless cards. If you open the app on a relatively quiet day, you may only see the sunrise / sunset and moon phase charts. But when the weather starts to turn, new charts will appear to highlight the possible dangers: a big drop in pressure over the next 3 hours, gale-force winds this afternoon, two inches of rain the next day.
You can long press or touch any card or component on the Main Weather tab to display a detail screen that provides more weather-related data, such as daily summaries, lunar phase graphs, and hourly and daily graphs for each meteorological data point.
CARROT Weather 5.0 is more customizable than before with an integrated interface manufacturing tool to reorganize the Weather tab, adding new components, designing adjustments and more, with the app described as the most customizable weather app on the market.
Customization options will be unlocked in phases over three days of use to prevent users from overflowing and custom interfaces being saved as presets. CARROT will also come with several predefined preset options with different color schemes and design.

The app includes more than 2,000 new lines of dialogue, 20 new achievements, 30 alternate app icons, eight secret locations and other Easter eggs to discover.
From now on, CARROT Weather will be available for free download with an optional premium subscription available. Existing customers will be able to keep all features of the original version of the app forever and will have their current Premium Club prices locked. Previously, the app was priced at $ 4.99 with an optional subscription, and in the future, the new version will have ads, but they will be ads from other standalone apps or fake products.
A Premium subscription level of $ 4.99 per month / $ 19.99 per year unlocks features such as weather data sources, notifications, personalization, widgets and Apple Watch complications, while a Premium Ultra subscription of 9, $ 99 a month or $ 39.99 a year includes all Premium features along with rain, lightning and storm cell notifications, a weather map widget, and fast data source change.
There is also a Premium Family Plan that includes all Premium Ultra features that can be shared with up to five family members. It’s priced at $ 14.99 monthly or $ 59.99 annually.
