The 39-year-old filmed herself getting a special video message to kick off Child Mental Health Week while running in the field.

Speaking without notes and looking directly into her phone during a break in her career near the Cambridge family home in Anmer, Norfolk, the mother of three also urged parents and carers to take care of their own mental well-being. .
