Then, although he did not mention any political party, Ulloa told veterans and ex-combatants that their support was essential for the formation of a new Legislative Assembly that would not hinder government actions for the benefit of veterans and ex-combatants who, as he said, they were only used by the right and the left.

The vice-president said that once there was more autonomy and the collaboration of the two organs of the state, Executive and Legislative, “a new order in the judicial system” could also be formed which, he said, has acted as to accomplice of the Legislative Body, especially the Room of the Constitutional one.

According to Ulloa, the former Constitutional Chamber entered through the wide door of history but left through the back door, to the chancellor in the Democratic Change party for having registered the now president Nayib Bukele.

The official said that the current Constitutional Chamber, last week, suspended a candidacy for the Legislative Assembly through a precautionary measure that should be to protect the rights that are under threat but that, instead of that, the Chamber violated such rights. Although he did not mention names, the only candidacy suspended in recent days is that of Walter Araujo, who ran under the banner of New Ideas.

“The Legislative Assembly and a Constitutional Chamber cannot be allowed to be a binomial of containment and blocking the decisions of the President. This will change with the will of you and the whole people, on February 28 and May 1 when we are installing the new Legislative Assembly. “, He delimited.
